App Installation
Prerequisite
Before you start, make sure your device meets the following requirements:
- Operating system: iOS 13.0 or later; Android 5.0 or later.
- Connected to a working Wi-Fi or mobile network.
- Enough free storage space.
- Sufficient battery power, or keep your device plugged in.
Method 1: Install from the App Store

Open the App Store, search for Energy Ease, then download and install the app.
Open Google Play, search for Energy Ease, then download and install the app.
